  Worst experience by far and I have been shopping at Roche Bros for 15years+. My sister and I went in for a hot meal, and got macaroni and cheese like we usually do. However, when I ate it I realized there were bits of bacon in it. My sister is highly allergic. So I went to he got bar to make sure I read the label. Turns out they didn’t label it as bacon macaroni and cheese. So I went to the service desk to get a refund and speak to the store manager Walter. They didn’t give two f***** that my sister could have gone into anaphylactic shock. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARELESS TEAM I HAVE CONTACTED CORPORATE AND REPORTED THEM. Will never buy anything from Roche Bros again.

  Good service. I interacted with many of their employees over 6 years never had any problem. Always ready to help. Having Starbucks on the premises is added bonus. Good variety of produce. Easy layout.
